We are currently seeking a Janitor / Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Davie, FL.
Job Summary
The Janitor / Commercial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining assigned facilities in a clean, safe, and orderly condition while following company and client standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare assigned areas before and during scheduled shifts.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
- Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
- Keep work areas organized and properly maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all company safety, cleaning, and quality-control procedures.
- Complete other cleaning-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Professional attitude and good communication skills.
- Must be available to work the assigned schedule.
Spanish, English or Portuguese language skills are helpful for communication with our teams.

Compensación: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
